Tahini: is made from ground sesame seeds. White tahini from White seeds and black tahini from black seeds. Black tahini has a greater nuttiness to it then white. Tahini Comes as both Hulled and in-hulled. Hulled means the outer of the seed is removed while un-hulled means it is not. Un-hulled is typically more bitter then hulled.
