Recipe: Mill one cup of oats into a flour. Add in 2 scoops of Farmers Choice Honeycomb protein powder and one cup of plain gluten free flour and half a teaspoon of bicarb soda and mix.
Set aside and in a bowl mix 2 eggs and 3 very ripe bananas.
Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir well.
I added a bit of skim milk at this stage just to give it a bit more liquid. If at this stage the mixture isn't sweet enough for you, you can also add a bit of rice malt syrup which is what I did but this is by no means necessary!
Bake in a loaf pan for around 40 minutes on a 180-degree oven but keep checking regularly :)
